Os Ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal j\u00e1 decidiram que a TR n\u00e3o pode ser considerada fator de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o monet\u00e1ria, vez que n\u00e3o expressa a varia\u00e7\u00e3o do poder aquisitivo da moeda, acumulando assim perdas inflacion\u00e1rias expressivas (aproximadamente 80%). Segundo fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da senten\u00e7a lavrada pelo Ju\u00edzo da 1\u00aa Vara Federal de Pouso Alegre, \u201ca necessidade de ajustar a TR a juros mais baixos fez com que ela fosse reduzida, a ponto de se tornar praticamente nula, o que, por sua vez, fez com que o FGTS acumulasse perdas consider\u00e1veis em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 infla\u00e7\u00e3o.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estamos ajuizando as a\u00e7\u00f5es competentes.
